The Company can assist with budget preparation and evaluation which includes analysis of local, county and state revenue projections. Additionally, the Company can review categorically budgeted expenditures to help manage annual operating costs.
L. J. Hart & Company periodically conducts workshops and informational campaigns to assist clients in calculating operating and debt services levies on the respective Missouri State Auditor Form A (operating levy) and Form C (debt service levy) documents.
